We have policies and procedures within the operation department of our company to assure our service standards are met. Quality Control and quality standards are imbued in our people at all levels from the Managing Director to the staff physically employed in cleaning on site.

We provide each site at least one committed onsite supervisor who is experienced and qualified. An area manager is dedicated to each site to ensure that all specifications are being met and our company policies are being complied with. Also, the area manager has assistance of mobile cleaners available to perform more specialised cleaning while offer additional cleaners or replacement under changed circumstances. In addition, we monitor the quality of our cleaning through regular scheduled and unscheduled site inspections.
